For property management and leasing teams

Every leasing agent carries today’s pricing in their pocket.

Your card shows live floor plan prices and availability pulled from your website, the move-in special, and buttons to tour and apply. Prospects save it with one tap, and you manage every community from one place.

How It Works

Setup, the tap, visitor feedback and how your team keeps every card current.

Why Property Management Pros Switch

Prospects shop five communities in one afternoon

The card they walk away with should still be selling after they leave. Yours shows current prices and a way to apply.

Leasing teams turn over constantly

Reset a card and hand it to the next hire. The community’s info carries over; they just add their name and photo.

Brand standards matter

Management companies decide the logo, colors, phone number and links. Staff can’t swap in their personal socials.

What Your Card Does

Live Floor Plan Pricing

Starting prices and availability pulled from your community’s floor plans page every time the card opens, with a pricing disclaimer.

Tour and Apply Buttons

Schedule a Tour, View All Availability and Apply, linked to the tools you already use.

Move-In Special

This week’s special shows as a coupon right under Call and Text.

Main and Direct Numbers

Every card uses the community’s office number. Agents with a direct line get a second, labeled button.

Every Property, Set Up Once

Each property has its own logo, colors, office number, links, specials and socials. Staff pick theirs and inherit everything.

Regional and Corporate Cards

Regional managers get a clean company card with no community details.

Reputation Minder

After a tour, prospects answer one question: would they recommend you? A thumbs down goes privately to the manager so you can make it right before it’s posted online.

Your Company’s Web Address

Cards live at yourcompany.mycard.page, in your colors.

How it’s organized

Company, community, leasing agent.

Set up your management company once, add each of your properties, and every agent’s card fills itself in.

  • Company: logo, colors and web address for everyone.
  • Community: logo, office number, floor plans page, special, tour and apply links, socials and feedback recipients.
  • Leasing agent: name, photo, title and an optional direct line.
Change it once, update every card

New special this week? Update it on the community and every agent’s card shows it within a minute.

Questions

Where do the prices come from?

From your community’s public floor plans page. The card checks it each time it’s opened and hides prices if they can’t be confirmed.

Can agents put their own Instagram on the card?

Only if you allow it. By default every card uses the community’s social links.

What happens when an agent leaves?

Reset their card in your admin page and hand it to the next person.

Do people need an app to see my card?

No. Your card opens in their phone’s web browser, on iPhone and Android.

What if their phone can’t tap?

Every card has a QR code, and you can show it from the Mobile Card App on your phone.

Ready to try it in property management?

It’s reusable, so you only ever need one. Order yours, or set up your whole team.
